Who we are & our story
4e Clinic started life in 2016, as a simple nutritionist practice. As the years passed, we branched out into different areas, under the umbrella of "nutrition". We started to focus on specialist areas of diet and nutrition, in 2018 which saw us move into sports nutrition as an extra arm of our business and this lead to us forming our sister company, 4e Nutrition. We then incorporated or other passions for Sports Therapy and Acupuncture to our repertoire and organically became 4e Clinic. We have since helped hundreds of individuals, in various forms, from simple advice to full treatment plans and have won a number of awards for our ethos and level of service.

As briefly mentioned above, we opened 4e Nutrition in 2018. 4e Nutrition was founded to offer a higher quality of supplements to our customers. This meant we could recommend supplements to our customers with confidence, rather than just relying on the word of other companies and keeping as much “in house” as possible. The more we got to know our clients and understand their needs, we realised that our expertise as Fitness Professionals, Sports Therapists and Deep Tissue Massage Therapists would allow us to offer a full 360º service. This along with the fact we are internationally qualified Advanced Acupuncture Specialists, Food and Eating Psychologists and Lipolysis Technicians seemed to make us the whole package for many of our existing clients. Something that opened our doors to many more individuals, from all walks of life, over the following years.
As well as being Members of CIMSPA and the Complementary Medical Association, we are also members of the Medical Cannabis Clinicians Society and we offer one of the UKs only Medical Cannabis & CBD Oil consultancy services, offering completely impartial advice for anyone who has decided to start using Medical Cannabis and CBD Oil to treat health issues and/or illnesses.
As we do not sell or prescribe any cannabis products, we aren’t working to push our products for profit or trying to push an agenda. Our consultation services are working for you and focused on your health and quality of life, meaning you can trust us with your information and be assured on the accuracy and confidentiality of our service.
