Athletic & Kinesiology Taping
Athletic Taping is the process of applying tape directly to the skin or over pre-wrap, in order to maintain a stable position of bones and muscles during either activity or recovery.
Athletic taping helps to increase blood flow and decreases swelling, in turn, alleviating pain. It can be used to limit mobility so to mitigate the risk of further injury and take strain of the affected area.
Kinesiology Tape is a form of athletic tape which has elastic properties. This elasticity serves to support the affected muscle by allowing a certain amount of flexibility to move with the muscle, bone and tendons and returning back to its original position, taking a bulk of the workload of the affected area.
Kinesiology Taping is a therapeutic method of athletic taping which alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by gently lifting the skin, increasing space and allowing for decreased inflammation.

Our taping prices start from as little as £5. The price depends on the complexity of the requirements and how many areas need coverage.

How to book
We have made payments as easy as possible. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment system and we also accept payments via PayPal (choose your preferred method at checkout).
If you are visiting us in person, please order ahead using our secure checkout service.
