Practicing good diet and nutrition habits is the first step in any weight loss journey. When changing our relationship with food, everyone starts on equal footing. We must step outside of ourselves and take an honest look at how much of an effect food has on our lives and the types of food we choose to consume vs the types of food we should be consuming.
Once we understand ourselves, it becomes very easy to challenge our relationship with food and make healthy changes that don’t feel like punishment but make you feel good and rewarded for making the right choices.
We will work with you throughout every step of the process, from our initial consultation where we establish a plan right through to realizing your goals and everything in between.
Many professionals will lead you to believe that losing weight starts with drastically changing your diet and eating habits, immediately but this couldn’t be further from the truth. When we change the way we eat so dramatically, our body and mind go into shock, which is why so many people fail crash diets and fail to lose weight.
If we first identify the root cause of why we eat the way we do, we can start to implement changes that are natural and that last forever. Education is the most powerful tool when dealing with any problem and once we learn about ourselves, no plan can fail. This means we can help you achieve your weight loss goals without making you eat chicken and rice 5 times per day for the rest of your life (or until you give in to temptation) and we can help you reach your ideal weight in a healthy way, both for your body and your mind without stripping your diet of the foods you love, completely.
You can work with us either from the comfort of your own home (via Zoom or Skype) or you can visit us at our warm and welcoming treatment centre (or a mixture of both).
We are accredited members of the Complimentary Medical Association and hold professional qualifications in each and every discipline we practice. We are also trusted by GP’s all over the country, who refer patients to us; that require professional assistance to reach medical weight goals so you know that, no matter what your reason for requiring our assistance, you’re in the right place.

Options & pricing
4 Week Weight Loss Package
Our 4 week weight loss package is designed to change your relationship with food and how you eat. Throughout this plan, we will identify why you eat the way you do and implement changes that will last long beyond the end of the plan. This is not a quick fix, fad diet. This package is designed to not only change your body but also your mind and therefore DOES NOT require you to drastically change what you eat from day one. This means no meal plans and no harsh fitness regimes. We will work on your current diet and slowly implement changes so they feel natural, rather than shocking your body and mind with an overhaul of your eating habits, meaning you are more likely to stick with your new, healthy habits for much longer.

- 1 x 30 minute consultation (including food addiction testing)
- 4 x 45 minute sessions (1 per week)
- 1 x 30 minute end-of-course session where we discuss progress made, changes implemented and plan for the future.

Pay as you go
Many people prefer to take things at their own pace. Whether you need us twice per week or once per month, you can pay for your sessions as and when you need them. This is a great option for people who need a little extra help on their journey or feel they have hit a wall in their progress or just people who wish to get the help they need, when its convenient for them.

Our individual sessions run from 45 minutes to 1 hours and are charged at a flat rate.

Block Bookings:
Our block bookings are a great way to save on booking multiple sessions and can be used any time for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
5 sessions:

How to book
We have made payments as easy as possible. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment system and we also accept payments via PayPal (choose your preferred method at checkout).
Once we receive your order, we will be in touch via email within 24 business hours to book in your initial consultation (or your first session if your initial consultation has already taken place).
We also accept payment over the phone or via bank transfer. If you wish to pay in cash, when you visit us, we would require a £20 deposit which will be deducted from the final price of your treatment.
